WHAT YOU NEED

to finally turn that "knowing you need to" start a YouTube channel feeling into a real thriving channel and consistent uploading rhythm that connects you to your audience and customers.

  • Understanding: You need to know what you're doing. That sounds simple enough, but knowing WHAT to do, HOW to do it (simply and efficiently), and perhaps most importantly, what you DON'T need to be spending precious time on is crucial. Step by step instructional videos walk you through exactly how to research and plan videos for SEO, how to integrate filming and uploading into your schedule with whatever equipment you have, and how to easily edit video, create great thumbnails, and promote your videos.

  • Accountability: Creating content is something that can be so easily de-prioritized when you're busy running a business and a life. Don't waste another minute putting off setting up the systems and content that will help you reach the people who need you! Each week, you'll have a simple list of steps to take and goals to work toward on your own with the help of instructional videos. Then, we will meet together each Tuesday afternoon to check in with your progress, address your needs, and make sure you achieve those milestones.

  • Support and Encouragement: One of the most challenging parts of building my lead-generating, 13,000 subscriber and growing YouTube channel was fighting against the discouragement that came at the start of the journey. The work doesn't always feel worth it, until it does. You need the support of someone who has been there and a community of people working toward the same goal as you to keep you from throwing in the towel and going back to googling "Facebook Strategy for Lead Gen" again.

Meet Your YouTube Friend

Sarah Grace Roberts

YouTuber, TEDX speaker, online business owner, wife, and mom of twins. I didn't set out to build an audience of over 13,000 on YouTube when I began my business. I was a home baker, making decorated sugar cookies while my baby boys napped, but the pandemic meant I could no longer bake and host in person events for my customers. That's when I created an online course called Cookie Classroom. I worked so hard to create my online course, and was discouraged when I didn't see the sales I'd hoped for at first. I had a major problem. I worked really hard to create a great solution to my customers problems, but they didn't know about me or the solution I provided.

I had casually thrown a few videos onto YouTube not knowing what to expect. Before long, it became apparent that this platform had potential to help me get the message of what I do and who I help out there. That's when I got serious about my channel and began the five year journey of building it into the lead generating, connection building, revenue stream that it is today!

I know what it takes to build a channel that helps you reach your business goals. I also know the challenges that you face. That's why I'm not willing to simply create the "how to" videos for you and bounce. This process is a worthwhile undertaking, but an undertaking none the less. I know that you will need help along the way! I'm here and happy to give you that help. Oh, and by the way, I'm a former Kindergarten and first grade teacher, current homeschool mama, so my teaching style is all about breaking every part down until it feels easy.
