Hi There! It's nice to meet you! I'm Sarah Grace, the cookie teacher. I'm on a mission to make the process of learning to decorate sugar cookies with royal icing simpler and faster. I remember feeling overwhelmed by ALL the information out there when I started decorating. I scrolled through cookie groups, blogs, and videos like it was my job, and I thought that there must be a better way. I started the SG Cookie Academy to share all the things I've learned along the way that I wish I'd known when I started. I'm a wife and mom of twin boys living in Southern Middle Tennessee (yeah, that's the accent), and as crazy as it sounds, cookie decorating changed my life. Its become a form a therapy, a business that allows me to contribute to our family while still spending time with my kids, and a source of joy that I feel so blessed to share with others!

Will I still be able to view/benefit from this class if I can't make it to the live workshop?
Absolutely! By purchasing the workshop, you'll receive access to the live class on May 26th at 6 PM Central as well as lifetime access to the replay and all materials. I love being able to give feedback live, so even if you can't be on the Zoom, you can still benefit from the live feedback I'll be providing to other students. Access to the replay means you'll be able to return to the class anytime and work at your own pace!

What will I need for this class?
You'll receive a series of emails as we get closer to the date of the workshop about exactly what you'll need to have prepared before we sign on to the Zoom. I'll provide links to purchase cutters, food coloring, tipless bags, and the piping tips I'll be using. if you don't already have them. You won't need to do much prep for this class ahead of time other than making the cookies. We will make the icing together, so we can make sure the consistency is just right.

What's the difference in buying just the class vs. the membership?
When you purchase the class, you receive access to the live event on May 26th as well as lifetime access to the replay. However, when you become a member in the SG Cookie Academy, you'll receive access to the live class and the replay as well as access to the entire catalog of previous classes such as consistency Confidence, Watercolor and Luster Dust for Beginners, and Cookie Calligraphy-Writing without a Projector. You'll also gain access to the SG Academy Facebook group where you'll receive support from other ladies learning to decorate cookies, monthly live coaching sessions (and access to the replays of previous coaching sessions), and automatic access to new workshops each month.
